職責描述:
      1. 在護士長領(lǐng)導下開展工作；認真執(zhí)行各項護理制度和技術(shù)操作規(guī)程，正確執(zhí)行醫(yī)囑、準確及時有序地完成各項護理工作，做好查對及交接班工作，防止差錯事故的發(fā)生。
      2．負責器械的清洗、消毒和診斷臺檢查物品的齊備，做好開診前的準備工作；做好基礎(chǔ)護理和心理護理工作。經(jīng)常巡視，密切觀察患者的病情變化，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況須及時報告。
      3. 協(xié)助醫(yī)師進行檢診，嚴格按醫(yī)囑（或治療單）為病人處置，如要改變處置方式，必須征求診治醫(yī)師的同意后方可進行；
      4. 做好消毒隔離工作，防止交叉感染；負責使用運動平板、心電圖、肺功能、高壓鍋、霧化器等機器，并進行日常保養(yǎng)。
      5．負責外勤工作。如帶病人至仁濟做CT/MRI、胃腸鏡、人流、放環(huán)、IVF、看門診等，負責將病人的精液標本送至仁濟等。
      6．負責門診常規(guī)和器械的維護、保養(yǎng)工作。輪流負責夜間接聽熱線電話。如有出診服務(wù)，負責聯(lián)系醫(yī)生并配合陪同醫(yī)生完成出診服務(wù)。主動協(xié)助團隊中的其他成員完成工作，與其他部門緊密配合、相互支持。
      要求：
      - 大專以上學歷，醫(yī)學、護理學、臨床等相關(guān)專業(yè)
      - 2年以上高等級或涉外外資私立等醫(yī)院各種科室護理崗位工作經(jīng)驗，
      - 英文或日語聽說讀寫熟練 負責翻譯工作（書面資料翻譯及病人與醫(yī)生之間的翻譯工作），翻譯病史。
      - 有海外留學、海外護理護工工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
      - 擁有護士資格證書 熟悉各藥品的使用（包括疫苗）及配伍禁忌。
      -認真、負責、細心，專業(yè)扎實，知識面豐富。

      requairments:
      1 college education or above majored in the medical and nursing studies or the relevant profession.
      2,5 years above highest for foreign private hospitals or the foreign department of nursing job experience, and write in english or japanese proficiency （ written information is responsible for translation and interpretation of the patient and doctor of translation and interpretation ） medical history.
